– Street‑level ministry — engaging people in everyday environments, offering prayer, encouragement, and the message of salvation.
– Community presence — being a consistent, recognizable spiritual anchor in neighborhoods, schools, parks, and local gathering spaces.
– Relational evangelism — building trust through conversation, listening, and genuine care rather than pressure or performance.

Evangelicals

EVAN’GELIST, n A writer of the history, or doctrines, precepts, actions, life and death of our blessed Savior, Jesus Christ as the four evangelists, Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John.

One may be licensed to preach, but not having charge of a particular church.

Evangelicals are offspring of the Evangelist and Evangelism.

High Calling Ministries International will observe this in the church of GOD as Evangelicals equivalent to the term known in the church as deaconess, but the scriptures refer to these anointed women of GOD as helpers.

Serving much in the roll of a Deaconess we have found this to be more scriptural oriented and necessary. We follow the leadership of Jesus Christ and no other.
