Apostle Mandrell Aiken, Sr.

Biography of Apostle Prentice Mandrell Aiken, Sr.

Prentice Mandrell Aiken, Sr. was born on November 26, 1973, to Raymond and Belvion Aiken in Antreville, South Carolina. Though he entered the world as a child like any other, it quickly became evident that God had placed a divine mark upon his life. At the early age of three, his gift of singing emerged, revealing a God‑given purpose that would shape his destiny.

By age six, he began playing the drums—self‑taught and Spirit‑led. At eleven, his hunger to expand his gifts intensified. He began writing music and learning additional instruments. That same year, he wrote his first song, “Save Your Soul,” and was taught to play the bass guitar by his older brother, Bishop Rico M. Aiken, Sr. Together with their father, they formed the group Raymond Aiken & Sons, a ministry that ignited his early passion for serving God through music. When their mother’s work schedule shifted, she joined the group, and the family became known as The Aiken Family, a powerful singing ministry that touched many lives.

On July 21, 1990, Prentice Mandrell Aiken encountered God personally and became not just God’s creation, but God’s child. From that moment, he transitioned from being merely a man to becoming a man of God. His journey—marked by fatherhood, entrepreneurship, and ministry—has been filled with accomplishments, yet he remains focused on the promises and vision God has placed before him.

Ministry has been woven into the fabric of his life since childhood. Over the years, he served faithfully in numerous capacities: choir director, musician, and member of several groups he and his brother formed, including The Anointed Ones, RIP, Reek & Drell, and Drell & Prophetic—the latter now recording artists under his own label, Hiya Call’N Productionz, LLC, where he is Founder and CEO.

Apostle Aiken later joined Holly Creek Baptist Church under Pastor Harris E. Clark. There he received spiritual impartation, wisdom, and training that shaped his ministerial foundation. He helped establish the music ministry, founded and directed the youth ministry, and was ordained a deacon in 1998. On August 19, 2000, he was licensed to preach under Archbishop Harris E. Clark, and in 2002 he was ordained an Elder. He also served as Director of Protocol for Kingdom Life Fellowship International. He remained faithful until God revealed a greater assignment.

In 2005, God gave him the vision for High Calling Ministries International (HCMI), initially launched as an evangelistic ministry. He traveled extensively, preaching the Gospel and operating in his God‑given gifts. In 2008, he birthed The Experience Movement, a unifying vision designed to restore the Body of Christ and prepare souls for the Kingdom.

After a life‑shaking season that redirected his path, God led him in 2009 to establish HCMI as a church. What began in his living room has grown into a thriving, miracle‑working ministry maturing daily by the grace of God.

On June 11, 2017, he was consecrated to the office of Apostle by Bishop James Wiley, Jr., Chief Apostle and Presiding Bishop of The Lord’s Churches of Deliverance Apostolic, Inc. On that day, he received his Apostolic Seal and accepted the divine mandate to walk fully in his calling. God then entrusted him with the 5 Fold X Experience, a holy movement designed to restore the Church to God’s original purpose and unify the Body of Christ. HCMI serves as the headquarters of this movement.

On December 11, 2018, he was dually consecrated, receiving Apostolic Succession from his spiritual father, Archbishop Harris E. Clark, aligning his call and vision with proper apostolic order.

Apostle Aiken has established numerous ministries under the HCMI vision, including a Bible College currently in development. He has also expanded internationally, founding HCMI Africa, led by Bishop Frederick Marete, and establishing a church in the Philippines. These ministries continue to grow and glorify God.

Though he has completed college coursework and extensive ministerial training, Apostle Aiken’s greatest credential is his salvation and his commitment to studying God’s Word to show himself approved. His life’s mission is to bring glory to God and win souls for the Kingdom.

In 2022, Apostle Aiken embraced a new dimension of his calling as an author. Through Hiya Call’N Publicationz, LLC, he released his first book, “Becoming A Better You: Me vs. Me,” merging his spiritual insight with his professional background in mental health. From 1997 to 2004, he worked in the mental health field—from Patrick B. Harris Psychiatric Hospital to AOP Mental Health—experiences that now inform his writing and ministry. With two additional books underway, he continues to use his gifts to help people navigate life’s challenges.

Apostle Aiken resides in Anderson and Spartanburg, South Carolina. He is the devoted husband of Elect Lady Roberta Aiken. Together they share seven children—Prentice Mandrell Aiken Jr., Kaliah Meochia Aiken, Keeon Malik Aiken, KaiDarius Wilson, Latoya Franklin, Lee Franklin, and Tia Franklin—along with thirteen grandchildren and seventeen honorary grandchildren.

The definition of who he is remains simple and unwavering:
Saved. Daily sanctified. Holy Spirit filled. Fire baptized.
His primary occupation is giving God all the glory and winning souls for Christ.
